ROOtED Folks,

The ROOtED / E.D.G.E. Pic Nic is fast approaching!  It will begin at 1:00, and will officially end at 3:30.  Please consider offering rides to the youth, to get them from the church to the park.

There is skit practice at New Hope at 4:00 for anyone interested in joining / helping out with the 2009 Women’s Conference skit.

Here is the list of what we have, and what we need:

Grilling

  • Grill – Gorge Park
  • Charcoal, Lighter and Lighter Fluid – Jeremy

Main Course

  • Stromboli – Travis P.
  • Hot Dog’s and Buns – The Endlich’s
  • Chips – The Prince’s
  • Hamburgers and Buns – Jeremy

Drinks

  • Pop – James, Holly and Jeremy
  • Ice – Daniel and Sara
  • Cooler(s) – Daniel and Sara

Desserts

  • Strawberry Cake – Kaytlyn
  • Cookies – The Prince’s
  • Misc Desserts – Angela

Activities – NEEDED
If you would be interested in playing flag football, volley ball, checkers, cards, bad-mitten, frisbee, etc., then please sign up to bring teh equipment.  So far, we have no one volunteer to plan or supply activities.
